What is hydrogen water?
Molecular hydrogen (H2) is the smallest molecule that exists. Hydrogen water is simply water with more of it dissolved in, above what plain tap or bottled water contains. That is the whole idea. It isn't a different kind of water and it isn't carbonated - the hydrogen is a dissolved gas, not bubbles you'd taste.

How is hydrogen water made?
There are three common ways, and they're very different in price and effort:
- Electrolysis bottles and machines split water to add hydrogen. Effective, but they cost anywhere from around $90 to well over $1,000, need charging, and need cleaning.
- Reactive tablets are dropped into water, where they react to release hydrogen. Convenient, but it's another thing to buy and manage.
