Grady and Lachlan have known each other since school - same year level, same mates, same restless feeling that they wanted to build something of their own. When the idea for Fluence came along, Kelham - Grady's brother and a close mate - jumped on board and the three of them haven't looked back.
While still in school, Grady and Lachlan did a young entrepreneur leadership program. That planted the seed. For years after, the conversations kept going - different ideas, different industries, always on and off. Nothing quite felt right.
Then one day, the discussion turned to wellness. What was on the shelves didn't stack up - products loaded with sugar, ingredient lists nobody could read, and claims that didn't hold up. The three of them looked at each other and just went for it. That was the start of Fluence.
