How it works

A SPRING,
NOT A PILL.

Two flexible bands inside the strip want to straighten. Applied across the bridge of your nose, that spring action gently lifts the sides of the nasal valve and opens the nasal passage from the outside.

Measured at up to 35% more airflow versus no strip in independent airflow testing of the strip mechanism. Individual results vary.

The strip removes the restriction. It does not do the work for you.

This is it, on
WORN ON THE OUTSIDE.
NOTHING IN YOUR NOSE.
Two people, one bed

BOUGHT BY ONE.
WORN BY THE OTHER.

If you are the one wearing it

No pills. No mouthguard. No machine on the nightstand. A strip goes on in two seconds, holds for 12hr+, and comes off in the morning. Nobody has to make a thing of it.

Drug-free and worn on the outside of the nose. You will know it is working the moment you breathe in.

If you are the one buying it for them

You have probably suggested things before. The reason this one gets worn is that it asks almost nothing: one strip, once a night, no habit to build and nothing to charge.

Leave the pack on their side of the bed. That is usually all the conversation it takes.

Nasal strips support airflow through the nose. Snoring has many possible causes and no product addresses all of them. Nasal strips do not treat medical conditions, including sleep apnoea.

Questions

The honest
answers

Will it fall off at night? +
It is designed not to. The hold is rated 12hr+ on clean, dry skin: wash and dry your nose, press the strip on firmly for 20 to 30 seconds, and it is built to stay put until morning. Skin oils, moisturiser and sunscreen weaken the bond, so bare skin is the one rule.
Is it OK for my skin? +
The adhesive is hypoallergenic and medical-grade, made for repeated overnight wear. Remove it gently in the morning, ideally with warm water rather than a dry rip. If you notice irritation, give your skin a night off.
How is a strip different from mouth tape or a dilator? +
They work on different parts of the airway. Mouth tape seals the lips so you cannot breathe through your mouth; it asks for real commitment and a beard makes it harder. In-nostril dilators push outward from inside the nose; some people find them effective but intrusive. A strip works from the outside: nothing in your nose, nothing over your mouth, and it opens the nasal passage rather than forcing a behaviour. Different tools suit different people - this is the lowest-commitment one.
Will it work for me? +
Honest answer: it depends on your nose. Strips mechanically support airflow through the nasal passage, measured at up to 35% more airflow versus no strip in independent airflow testing of the strip mechanism. Individual results vary. Snoring has many possible causes and no product addresses all of them. Nasal strips do not treat medical conditions, and they do not treat sleep apnoea. If your snoring is loud and chronic, or comes with gasping, choking, witnessed pauses in breathing, or heavy daytime tiredness, please see your doctor before trying any product, including ours. That is also why the guarantee exists: try them on your own nose with nothing to lose.
What does the guarantee cover? +
30 days, money back, plain terms. If the strips are not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full product price - change of mind included, even if you have opened the pack. Email support@fluence.au with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Can I cancel the subscription? +
Yes, anytime, in a couple of clicks from the link in your order emails. No lock-in and no cancellation fee. Every delivery is also covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
