SHOP BERRY →Most electrolyte powders in Australia are built for the extremes. At one end, clinical rehydration formulas designed for illness. At the other, 500mg to 1000mg sodium mixes built for athletes who lose litres of sweat in a session. Almost nothing was designed for the middle, which is where most Australians actually live: the daily gym session, the hot walk to the station, the long day on site, the fasted morning run, the flight to Perth.
Base 250 is our answer to that gap. Each 6g sachet carries 250mg sodium, 250mg potassium, 60mg magnesium and 40mg vitamin C, with zero sugar and no artificial colours. It is non-carbonated, so it mixes cleanly into any water bottle, and it replaces electrolytes lost through sweat at a level that suits a normal day rather than a race day. Built for daily use, it works as a habit rather than an intervention, and on bigger days you can simply use two.
There is one more thing happening in the glass. Base 250 uses elemental magnesium that reacts with water to release dissolved molecular hydrogen, one of the most studied molecules in wellness science. Research suggests molecular hydrogen may support antioxidant capacity, lower perceived exertion and aid recovery - the science is promising but still developing. We explain exactly what the evidence shows, and what it does not yet, on our science page.
And a promise we will keep making: if you are sedentary today and eating normally, water is enough. Electrolytes matter when you sweat. That is when we would like to be in your bottle.
The world's most precise electrolyte meets the power of molecular hydrogen. Zero sugar, zero compromise - built for people who demand recovery from the inside out.
Five Berry, five Lemon, five Tropical. The easiest way to rotate through all three flavours.

One sachet, any flavour. Toss it in the gym bag, the glovebox, the desk drawer.
Because we did the maths on an ordinary day, not a worst-case one.
Published research puts typical sweat sodium losses across a huge range: sweat sodium concentration runs from roughly 230mg to over 2,000mg per litre between individuals, and sweat rates from about 0.5 to 2 litres per hour depending on conditions and effort. A moderate session for an average sweater costs a few hundred milligrams of sodium. A brutal hot session for a salty sweater can cost several thousand. Both are real; only one of them is most people's Tuesday.
Australians also start from a high baseline. Most of us already exceed the suggested dietary sodium target through food alone, according to the Australian Nutrient Reference Values. Pouring an extra 1000mg into every glass on top of that is a decision that should follow evidence of heavy losses, not a default.
So the 250mg serve is a dial, not a compromise:
Alongside the sodium: 250mg of potassium and 60mg of magnesium, the other two electrolytes that leave in sweat, plus 40mg of vitamin C. Zero sugar, no artificial colours, in every serve.
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is the world's smallest antioxidant molecule. Research describes it crossing biological membranes, including the blood-brain barrier.
Research suggests H2 selectively helps manage hydroxyl radicals - among the most reactive free radicals produced during exercise - while leaving beneficial signaling molecules intact, which may support recovery.
Research suggests H2-rich hydration may support post-exercise recovery markers such as creatine kinase and lactate.
Research describes H₂ crossing the blood-brain barrier and is exploring its role in oxidative balance and focus.
Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule in existence, allowing it to diffuse rapidly across cell membranes. This property supports its ability to move throughout the body once dissolved in water - reaching tissues other antioxidants simply cannot.
A molecule the research keeps coming back to.

SHOP NOW - $24.99The electrolyte market spends a lot of energy convincing you that every day is race day. Ours is a quieter pitch: most days are moderate days, and moderate days deserved a properly built option. One sachet of Base 250 replaces electrolytes lost through sweat with 250mg sodium, 250mg potassium, 60mg magnesium and 40mg vitamin C, at zero sugar, with dissolved molecular hydrogen released in every glass.
New here? The Trio 15-Pack at $39.99 is the sensible first order: fifteen serves across Berry, Lemon and Tropical, enough to run it through two real weeks of training, heat and early starts. Found your flavour? The 30-Pack at $69.99 brings it to $2.33 per serve. And if you want the mechanism before the marketing, the science page lays out the hydrogen evidence, hedges included.
