Nasal strips for training

NASAL STRIPS BUILT FOR TRAINING.

SWEAT-RESISTANT. UP TO 12HR WEAR.

Most strips are made for quiet nights on a pillow. Fluence strips are sweat-resistant with up to 12 hours of wear, designed and tested in Australia for runs, HYROX and long sessions where the last thing you want to think about is your nose.

Questions

The honest
answers

Do nasal strips improve athletic performance? +
We do not claim that, and the research on performance outcomes is mixed. What strips do is mechanical: they support airflow through the nose, measured at up to 35% more airflow versus no strip. Individual results vary. Many athletes find nasal breathing easier to maintain with one on. Whether that helps your training is something you will feel quickly.
Will the strip stay on when I sweat? +
Fluence strips use a sweat-resistant, medical-grade adhesive designed for exactly this. The bond depends on application: clean, dry, product-free skin and a firm 20 to 30 second press before you start sweating.
How long do they hold? +
Up to 12 hours of wear. A morning application is designed to cover a session and the rest of your day.
Are they legal in competition? +
Nasal strips are drug-free, non-invasive and worn externally. There is nothing ingested and nothing inside the nose. As with anything worn in sanctioned competition, check your event's gear rules if you are unsure.
Can I wear one strip for a double session day? +
Yes, one strip can cover a long day given up to 12 hours of wear. They are single use though, so once a strip comes off, use a fresh one rather than re-sticking it.
Do they work with sunscreen? +
Adhesive will not bond over sunscreen. Apply the strip to clean, dry skin first, then work sunscreen around it. More application detail in our guide, including common mistakes.
Are they safe to use every day? +
They are drug-free, external use only and made with hypoallergenic materials. Give skin a rest if you notice irritation, and remove gently with warm water rather than dry-ripping after a session. Read the full safety rundown.

This article is general information only and is not medical advice. Nasal strips do not treat medical conditions, including sleep apnoea. If you have ongoing breathing, snoring or sleep concerns, speak with your doctor or pharmacist.
