Before you move, set up your breathing. Nasal breathing filters, warms and humidifies the air you take in, and many people default to mouth breathing without realising. Fluence Performance Nasal Strips gently brace the nasal passage open from the outside to support easier nasal breathing from the start of your session.

HYDRATE
Sweat depletes more than water-you also lose sodium, potassium and magnesium. Base 250 is designed to help replace what's lost during everyday activity, with a moderate, balanced dose rather than a race-day load.

REHYDRATE

Sodium and potassium are the electrolytes you lose most through sweat, and they work together in normal fluid balance. Base 250 provides a balanced 250mg of each, to complement everyday hydration.
EVERYDAY DOSING
Magnesium and vitamin C round out the formula. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and energy metabolism, and vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and is a source of antioxidant activity. Both are dosed moderately, for everyday use.
EASIER BREATHING
Nasal breathing filters, warms and humidifies incoming air. Fluence Nasal Strips mechanically support the nasal passage staying open, to make nasal breathing easier during activity and rest.
MOLECULAR HYDROGEN

Sodium is your primary hydration mineral-it's central to fluid balance and the electrolyte you lose most through sweat.
High-sodium sports formulas often carry 500-1,000mg per serve, designed for athletes losing litres of sweat over hours. For an everyday gym session or staying hydrated through the day, that's more than most people need. 250mg is a moderate amount suited to typical daily use. Why we chose 250mg

Potassium works alongside sodium in normal fluid balance, nerve function and muscle function.
Sodium and potassium are both lost through sweat, so a balanced intake helps with electrolyte replacement. At 250mg, Base 250 matches its sodium with an equal amount of potassium, supporting the normal sodium-potassium balance involved in everyday hydration.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism, and is a common addition to hydration formulas.
60mg is a moderate contribution toward your daily magnesium intake-enough to be meaningful as part of everyday hydration, without reaching levels that can cause digestive discomfort.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and provides antioxidant activity as a water-soluble vitamin.

Many people breathe through their mouths, especially during exercise and sleep. Nasal breathing filters, humidifies and warms incoming air, and is associated with nitric oxide release in the sinuses.
The nasal passage can narrow under physical stress, as the soft tissue and cartilage of the nose flex inward when you're breathing hard.
Fluence Performance Nasal Strips work by gently bracing the nasal passage open from the outside, helping counteract that narrowing mechanically. No drugs. No stimulants. Just physics.
Applied across the bridge of the nose, the strip's flexible spring action lifts the sides of the nasal passage to help keep the airway open, which can make nasal breathing easier and reduce reliance on mouth breathing during activity.
They can be worn during sleep as well, to support easier nasal breathing through the night.
