Wellness, Done Different.
Fluence isn't about more supplements. It's about better math. We combine clinical precision with human rhythm to create a protocol that respects your biology.
The Protocol
Performance isn't one product. It's a system. The Fluence Protocol is a three-stage daily framework — each stage built around a different biological window, each product engineered to do exactly one thing, perfectly.
Breathe.
Before you move, you optimise the input. Nasal breathing delivers 18% more oxygen to working muscles than mouth breathing — and our strips open the nasal passage by up to 35%, making every breath more efficient from rep one.
The result: lower perceived effort, delayed fatigue, and a cleaner nervous system state before training even begins.
Performance Nasal Strips
Hydrate.
Sweat depletes more than water — it strips sodium, potassium, and magnesium from your system. Without replacing them mid-session, muscle function degrades, cramping sets in, and output drops. Base 250 replaces exactly what's lost, no more.
The molecular hydrogen component goes further — neutralising free radicals in real time, so oxidative damage accumulates slower and recovery begins sooner.
Electrolyte Mix Base 250
Recover.
The session ends. The protocol doesn't. Continued hydration in the 60 minutes after training is when magnesium absorption peaks and H₂ finishes clearing residual oxidative stress. This window determines how you feel tomorrow.
Keep the bottle with you. Keep drinking. The difference between a good recovery and a great one is consistency in the hour you think doesn't matter.

Our Performance Pillars
Four biological outcomes. Every Fluence product exists to move the needle on at least one of them.
Neural Clarity
H₂ crosses the blood-brain barrier to neutralise neuroinflammation. Sodium and potassium maintain the electrochemical gradient your neurons fire across — keeping focus and reaction time sharp when it counts.
Cellular Energy
Electrolytes are essential cofactors in ATP synthesis — the process that powers every muscle contraction. Magnesium alone drives over 300 enzymatic reactions in energy metabolism. Deplete it and fatigue sets in before it should.
Restoration
Training breaks the body down. Sleep builds it back up — but only if you're breathing right. Nasal breathing during sleep activates the parasympathetic nervous system, optimises blood oxygen, and supports growth hormone release. Mouth breathing undermines all of it.
Immunity
Intense training opens a window of immune vulnerability. H₂ neutralises the reactive oxygen species responsible — selectively, without blunting the adaptation signals your body needs to grow stronger. Recover without compromise.
The science behind
the dose.
Most electrolyte products are built for ultra-endurance athletes. We built Base 250 for everyone — from the daily gym-goer to the weekend warrior. Here's why each ingredient in Base 250 is dosed exactly the way it is.
Molecular Hydrogen (H₂)
Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule in existence — small enough to cross the blood-brain barrier and penetrate cell membranes directly. It acts as a selective antioxidant, neutralising only the most destructive free radicals (hydroxyl radicals) produced during intense exercise, without interfering with your body's beneficial signalling molecules.
Why include it? Most antioxidants work broadly — neutralising free radicals indiscriminately, which can interfere with the oxidative signals your body uses to trigger adaptation after training. H₂ is different: it targets only the most harmful reactive oxygen species, leaving beneficial signalling intact. Faster recovery, no compromise on your training response. It's what sets Base 250 apart from any standard electrolyte on the market.
Sodium
Sodium is your primary hydration mineral — it governs fluid balance at a cellular level and is the electrolyte you lose most through sweat. Without it, water passes straight through you.
Why 250mg? High-performance sports drinks often push 500–1,000mg per serve — designed for athletes losing litres of sweat over hours. But for an everyday person doing a gym session or staying hydrated through the day, that's overkill. 250mg replenishes what's lost in a typical 45–60 minute session without overloading your sodium intake or spiking blood pressure.
Potassium
Potassium works alongside sodium to support fluid balance, nerve signalling, and muscle function. Together, they help regulate hydration and play a key role in how your body performs during physical activity.
Why 250mg? Sodium and potassium are both lost through sweat, making balanced intake important for electrolyte replacement. At 250mg, Base 250 provides a meaningful contribution of potassium to complement sodium, supporting the normal function of the sodium–potassium system involved in hydration, nerve activity, and muscle contraction.
Magnesium
Often called the recovery mineral, magnesium supports over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body — including muscle relaxation, protein synthesis, and sleep quality. Around 60% of adults are chronically deficient, making it one of the most impactful additions to any formula.
Why 60mg? 60mg represents approximately 14% of your recommended daily magnesium intake — delivered at the moment of greatest need. This dose meaningfully replenishes what's lost through sweat and stress without reaching the levels that cause digestive discomfort.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is far more than an immune nutrient. It's a critical cofactor in collagen synthesis — directly supporting the repair of connective tissue, tendons, and muscle fascia stressed during training. It also enhances iron absorption and functions as a water-soluble antioxidant at the cellular level.
Why 40mg? 40mg delivers approximately 44% of your recommended daily intake per serve — a targeted amount that supports recovery and immune function without over-supplementing. Consistent with our philosophy: precise, purposeful dosing only.
The breath you're
leaving behind.
Most people breathe through their mouths — especially during exercise and sleep. It feels natural. It isn't optimal. Nasal breathing filters, humidifies, and warms incoming air, and triggers nitric oxide release in the sinuses — a compound that dilates blood vessels and improves oxygen delivery to working muscles.
The problem is that the nasal passage narrows under physical stress. The cartilage and soft tissue of the nose flex inward when airflow demand increases — precisely when you need more, not less. Fluence Performance Nasal Strips work by gently bracing the nasal passage open from the outside, counteracting that collapse mechanically. No drugs. No stimulants. Just physics.
Applied across the bridge of the nose, the strip's flexible spring action lifts the lateral walls of the nasal passage — expanding the airway by up to 35% compared to unassisted nasal breathing. That means more oxygen with every breath, lower perceived effort at the same intensity, and a meaningfully reduced reliance on mouth breathing that dries airways and bypasses your body's natural filtration system.
The benefit extends beyond training. Worn during sleep, nasal strips promote deeper nasal breathing through the night — keeping you in the restorative sleep stages longer, reducing snoring, and supporting the overnight recovery your body depends on.
