TERMS FOR
SENDING US CONTENT.

What this covers

Any photos, video recordings and audio recordings you send to Fluence through the upload link on this site, and anything you have already sent us in connection with the same arrangement.

The permission you are giving us

You grant Fluence a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt and combine this content, without time limit, on the Fluence website, on Fluence social media accounts, in paid advertising, in retail and trade material, and in email and messaging to our customers.

This includes editing the content and using part of it rather than all of it.

What you are confirming

That you made this content or have the right to give us this licence, that you have permission from anyone else who appears in it or can be identified in it, and that using it will not breach anyone else's rights, including any agreement you have with another brand.

If any music, footage or images in your content belong to someone else, tell us before you send it.

Being credited

We will only identify you by name or social handle if you have asked us to, or if we agree it with you separately. Tell us at hello@fluence.au if you would like to be credited.

Payment

Unless we have a separate written agreement with you, you are not owed any payment or royalty for these uses. Any paid collaboration is documented separately and these terms do not change it.

We do not have to use it

Sending us content does not oblige Fluence to publish it or to use it in any particular way.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@fluence.au. Withdrawal stops us starting any new use of your content. It does not oblige us to recall or destroy material already printed, already published, or already placed with a third party, and it does not affect anything a third party has independently reposted.

Your information

Files are received through a Dropbox file request. Dropbox asks for your name and email address so we know whose content is whose. Fluence collects that information, and the content itself, to manage and evidence this permission and to use the content as described. We may share content with the platforms, printers and agencies we use to publish it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to ask for access or correction.

If you are under 18

A parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and email hello@fluence.au to confirm before you send anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
