PERMISSION FOR FLUENCE
TO USE YOUR PHOTOS,
VIDEO OR AUDIO

Thanks for being part of Fluence content. This form gives Fluence Pty Ltd (ABN 84 689 935 582), "Fluence", "we", your permission to use photos, video and audio of you. It covers content we capture of you, and content you create yourself and provide to us. Please read it, fill in your details, and submit. Questions: hello@fluence.au.

THE TERMS

  1. 1. What this covers. The photos, video recordings and audio recordings of you connected to the shoot or arrangement you describe below: either content captured by or for Fluence, or content you created and supplied to Fluence.
  2. 2. What you are allowing. You give Fluence permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt and combine this content, worldwide and without time limit, on the Fluence website, on Fluence social media accounts (organic posts), in paid advertising (including social and search ads), in email marketing, in marketplace listings, and in print and in-store materials.
  3. 3. Content you created. For content you made yourself, you also grant Fluence a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content as above, you confirm you have the right to grant it, and you consent to Fluence editing the content and publishing it with or without attribution (this is a consent for the purposes of the moral rights provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)).
  4. 4. Your name. We will only identify you by name or social handle if you tick yes below.
  5. 5. Payment. Unless we have a separate written agreement with you, you are not owed any payment or royalty for these uses. Any paid collaboration is documented separately and this release still applies to the content.
  6. 6. No obligation to use. Fluence does not have to use the content.
  7. 7. Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@fluence.au. Withdrawal stops us starting any new use of your content. It does not oblige us to recall or remove material already published, printed, or included in advertising already running, but where practical we will remove your content from channels we control within a reasonable time.
  8. 8. Your privacy. Fluence collects the information in this form, and the content itself, to manage and evidence your consent and to use the content as described. We may share content with the platforms and suppliers we use to publish it (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, our website host and printers), which may store it overseas. We keep this consent record while the content could still be in use and for our record keeping obligations afterwards. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain, at hello@fluence.au. Privacy Policy.
  9. 9. Under 18s. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign this form for you.
