Because most days are not race day. A 1,000mg serve is built to replace a long, hard sweat, and its own label caps it at one a day. 250mg is the everyday amount, one sachet every morning. For a long session or a full day in the heat, have a second one.
How do I use it?
Tear one sachet into 500ml of water, stir, give it a minute, drink it fresh. One a day covers a normal day. For a long session or a full day in the heat, have a second one.
Is there any sugar?
None. Zero sugar, sweetened with stevia.
