Any time of day. It is zero sugar and 4 Cal, so it is not a second coffee or something sugary. One sachet in 500ml, stirred, drunk fresh.
How do I use it?
Tear one sachet into 500ml of water, stir, give it a minute, drink it fresh. One a day covers a normal day. For a long session or a full day in the heat, have a second one.
Is there any sugar?
None. Zero sugar, sweetened with stevia.
How does the subscription work?
